Code of Conduct
The Compute North Code of Conduct is our guide to doing the right thing. This is how we put our values into practice, defining standards of conduct applicable to all our board members and employees. We encourage our business partners to share our commitment to ethics and compliance.
Taking a principles-based approach, our Code of Conduct covers a range of subjects from health and safety to data privacy and human rights. As the foundation for our corporate activity, we uphold our Code of Conduct throughout our business and the decisions we make. The Board is committed to the creation of long-term sustainable value for the benefit of our shareholders and wider stakeholders.
Board of Directors
The Board is ultimately responsible for organizing and directing our corporate affairs in a manner most likely to promote the success of the Company for the benefit of its investors while complying with legal and regulatory frameworks. Our Board is responsible for the overall conduct of the Compute North business. It is the primary decision-making body for all material matters affecting the Company. It provides leadership and guidance and sets our strategic direction.
Our Board is ultimately accountable for:
- Guiding and overseeing the company’s strategic long-term plans
- Ensuring appropriate and effective governance, risk oversight and legal and ethical compliance
- Acting in the best interests of the company and its stockholders
